Cheshire West and Chester Council, is leading the development of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for the wider area of Cheshire East, Warrington and part of the Peak District. The council asked Louise to support them in agreeing the priorities and measures for nature recovery. She devised and led a day-long workshop for the Local Nature Partnership with interactive activities and discussions to help pin-down their priorities. Louise drafted the consultation version of the Strategy, working closely the team at Cheshire West and Chester. Following the statutory consultation, the strategy should be finalised and published in 2025.
